    Do go 1/2 size up in size. I wear an 8 and the 8 1/2 fit perfectly. Comfortable right out of the box. Very happy with the midstep support and foot stabilization system. Only complaint is that the insole rides up in the heel and then I can feel my toes curling over the toe edge of the insole into the little space between the insole and the tox box. Maybe it's just my wierd feet. Otherwise I like the shoes so much that I'm hoping if I replace the insoles with something like HappyFeet insoles all will be well.
