Teva X-1 Control Trail Running Shoes - Lightweight (For Men)

Light and comfortable trail runners. Not the most stabile, but certainly comfortable.

I like Teva products, but these are a little wimpy for the trail. Tread life is pitiful, not enough padding for the trail, and not much traction. I'll be looking for another pair of Vasque's next time.

Soles are very thin and will probably wear out quickly

This was my first Teva shoe purchase and I was very impressed. Excellent shock absorbtion, foot stabilization and comfort. I immediately ordered a second pair.

I prefer lighter shoes that provide decent support and these do. They feel very comortable and I have not had any pain or blisters. I use them on trails and on pavement. Went for a really long run on Saturday and my feet feel great. Love the traction on the trails. After a few hundred miles in them they break in nicely, but were good from the start. Nice job Teva!

The shoes work very well for running on trails only. I have gone through many different pairs of shoes and these go up there with some of the better ones. They are very stiff at first so if you get them I recommend waring them a few days before you actually do any form of running in them.

I walk a considerable distance each week (6-7 hours of brisk walking). These are cool and comfortable shoes. Clearly designed to get wet and remain comfortable and dry quickly.

great fit -- not much break in required. could be a more stable but otherwise a nice light trail running shoe/light hiker. good traction -- grips well on trails.

These shoes were comfortable and seemed well constructed, but they stunk! I soaked them in the washer, washed them, and hung them outside for a day, but they still reeked! The closest thing I can equate the odor to is a box of band-aids, but much stronger. Even the shoe box itself stunk up a storm. The smell was apparently from the manufacturing process, as the shoes showed no evidence of being tampered with. Whatever the smell was, it was ingrained pretty well into the material of the shoes.

It is hard to find quality shoes at this price. Teva has a great line of shoes and this is part of that team. They look good too!
