5.0 out of 5 stars. Great shoe

Super comfortable! I was looking for height in a secure boot to wear to events where there were crowds but the change in pavement could be uneven.... college stadium football game. I was comfortable the entire evening, climbing stairs, navigating streets... walking a mile or more. I was not looking for style as much as for secure comfort and height.... I found it!

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Very comfortable, definitely run large

Looking forward to wearing these all fall in the northeast, as they are extremely comfortable and quite stylish. They do run a half to a whole size large; I sized down half, and probably could have gone a whole, but I'll be tucking a thick sock into it in just a few months. Love the flexible bottom and the fact that the heel is just high/low enough to make it comfortable all day - particularly good for walking over endless bricks and cobblestones.

A nice looking pair of shoes with a very comfortable rubber sole—great for riding my bike. My only complaint, if at all, is the heel height. It's probably just personal preference since I'm either in flats or 3"+ heels, but the height is a little off kilter. It's taken some adjustment to keep off my toes.
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Runs Big! But WOW!

I love these shoes, but I had to send them back...I took a chance ordering a 1/2 size up because my regular size wasn't available. Generally I can wear a half sizeup, but in this case, they ran extremely large. My foot was swimming in the shoe even after it was fully laced; reason for the 4 stars. They are great and look so much more expensive than they were priced. If your size is available, I would recommend them to anyone!
  • 3.0 out of 5 stars. Sizing and arch support

Since I was unable to tell from the item description or the review posted about the fit, I ordered an 8 and 8 1/2. On the size 8, it is also marked a EU 39 on the sole. ST did not enable a EU sizing. They run large, as I wear a 8 1/2 N US size, and 39 in EU sized shoes. The 8's were still a bit wide for narrow foot around the ankle area resulting in the shoe being too loose. The heel (part that hits the ground) is narrow, so the shoe is not stable. They appear quite well made, attractive, and if they fit probably will be a nice shoe to own.
