The North Face Big Shot Backpack

The first time I pulled open the laptop pocket to put in my 17" toshiba laptop, the elastic edging tore away from the pocket (and I didn't pull very hard). And a 17" laptop won't just fit into the bag....I had to pull each corner on the top over the laptop...sort of like putting the base sheet on a mattress (the one with elastic that wraps around the corners). At best, this bag holds a 15.4" laptop comfortably. Very disappointed. Also, there are quite a few small pockets for pens, credit cards, etc, but they don't expand much (depth-wise), so you will fill it quickly if you are a 'gadget' person.

Got this as a gift for my groomsmen, who are all outdoor enthusiasts. It's a tough bag from a respectable brand, which they'll appreciate.
