    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    I needed something ultralight and it doesn't get lighter than this. It's a little likje zipping yourself into a large garbage bag but did the job and kept me dry. It would have been a good idea to have a screen mesh when you don't have to be totally covered in dryer weather. Very basic but good for inteneded use.
