I am a SMALL 34B and HAVE to wear a bra with this top and thats for no impact activities- yoga. So if you are ok with having another layer and don't rely on or expect support from a built in shelf bra than this is a go for you. Manufacturers EMPLOY woman designers to design womans fitness clothing!
