These are the worst sport sandals I've ever had. They are completely flat with no arch or heel support. I wore them three hours in the house and my heel became so painful I could barely walk. I put my old ragged Columbia sandals back on, and no more pain. I have high arches and a narrow foot. These sandals will go to Goodwill immediately and I will not buy this brand again.

I expected much better quality from North Face. They looked cheap, had no arch support, and the material felt rough against my feet. I returned them.

Did not require any break-in period. Wore them straight from the box, and was impressed with their comfort. Great for casual hiking- nonslip bottoms work well. And they look good!

About The North Face

Believe it or not, The North Face story didn’t begin on a high-altitude ascent. It actually began in San Francisco at less than 200 feet above sea level. However, what started as a neighborhood mountaineering shop has since evolved into an industry-leading, award-winning outdoor equipment and apparel brand. Since its inception more than 40 years ago, The North Face has grown to include clothing and gear designed for nearly every type of adventure, from alpine skiing to backpacking to trail running. Today, The North Face jackets and pants are chosen by world-class athletes, and The North Face rugged boots help carry explorers through the toughest terrain, from the icy slopes of Everest to Utah’s Green River basin.
