I've been looking for a shoe like this for a long time. For me personally, I would use this shoe for any kind of adventure I take. I would say that for most people, if the conditions are wet, these are more suitable for warmer weather. Even though they aren't completely waterproof, they seem to dry fast in the sun. I recently wore them on a trip into the desert landscape of the Canyonlands in Utah and they performed great. On the same trip, I did some hiking on a trail of snow and ice in Montezuma, Colorado, and they provided great traction. The great thing about North Face shoes is that they seem to run a half size bigger for me, which is perfect because I like to wear two pairs of socks. The other advantage about the extra room is that when I'm hiking or running downhill, my toes have plenty of space to move around without hurting. Sierra Trading Post was the only place online that I could find these shoes at such a great deal.

I've been looking for a shoe like this for a long time. This is an all around shoe, great for hiking and trail running. I recently wore them on a trip into the desert landscape of the Canyonlands in Utah and they performed great. On the same trip, I did some hiking on a trail of snow and ice in Montezuma, Colorado and I had great traction and my feet stayed dry and warm. The great thing about North Face shoes is that they seem to run a half size bigger for me, which is great because I like to wear two pairs of socks. The other great thing about the extra room is that when I'm hiking or running downhill, my toes have plenty of space to move around and not get smashed. Sierra Trading Post was the only place online that I could find that had such a great deal on these shoes.
