“My last pair of North Face trail running shoes were so outstanding that I wanted to try another made by North Face. I didn't get far with these as they fit too loosely to make a supportive trail shoe. Although a great concept, the soft shell fabric seemed stretchy and my foot felt unanchored in them. Although they fit in length, I had some heel slippage. Construction did not appear as durable as my last pair of NF. Needless to say they didn't feel like a trail shoe to me. I did not get to try them in wet conditions so can't comment on that factor. Bonus points though for great style, and light weight. I would recommend them for wearing around, but not on the trail.”
