These boots (shoes) are very comfortable and very warm. No need to break them in. I have been wearing them around town but I am sure if I had to hike or do a long walk in them they would do great. I think they look great. There is the proper amount of bulk to keep your feet warm and dry.

These were to narrow for my daughter and slightly too narrow for my neuroma. I thought about keeping them in hope that the lining would compress with wear and allow the room I needed.
I decided not to gamble my "problem" foot and returned them. They were very light and very comfortable/cozy but just didn't work.

These feel just a little too big. Otherwise comfortable and stylish. Will keep them and wear thicker socks.

About The North Face

Believe it or not, The North Face story didn’t begin on a high-altitude ascent. It actually began in San Francisco at less than 200 feet above sea level. However, what started as a neighborhood mountaineering shop has since evolved into an industry-leading, award-winning outdoor equipment and apparel brand. Since its inception more than 40 years ago, The North Face has grown to include clothing and gear designed for nearly every type of adventure, from alpine skiing to backpacking to trail running. Today, The North Face jackets and pants are chosen by world-class athletes, and The North Face rugged boots help carry explorers through the toughest terrain, from the icy slopes of Everest to Utah’s Green River basin.
