“Looks like a nice outer shell for a wet day. Good fit and stylish. However, it lacks insulation and is not water proof. Given the lack of these characteristics, the price is about twice what other comparable jackets sell for. I may pay this for Gore-Tex of some light-weight Hi-Tech fleece but not for a water-RESISTANT shell.”
