It immediately worked as described and within minutes the outdoor temp showed 47.3 degrees which matched a lab thermometer I leave outdoors. My wife loves the picture of the girl who shows what -to-wear. Love it!

Only complaint is that the max/min temperature is kindof weird in that its a manual reset, would be convenient if you could set it to be max/min of the day or something like that. Maybe there's a way and I just didn't find it.
