“Preparing to hike the Grand Canyon, I ordered several different types of socks and tried them out ahead of time. I liked the Thorlo best, by themselves or with a thin liner underneath. For me, these were too thick as a liner under other socks. The leg does come up kind of high, but I folded them down in the warmer weather. These socks (and some thin liners) were the only ones I took to the Canyon; no blisters!”
