Reviewed by Justin M from Philadelphia on Sunday, March 03, 2013When I ordered this I was not sure if it would fit on my OEM Subaru roof rack (2006 wagon). It does! I would think that it would work with most OEM crossbars, regardless of shape. It seems pretty "Universal". The pictures on the website don't indicate that the mounting feet swivel and there is extra included hardware (four bottom feet) that you also get. You just use two screws per mount to attach. It was pretty easy to put on and the locks work well. This product comes with a hex key you don't want to lose because a normal hex key won't work for security reasons.

Was happy when the box arrived and it contained the complete ski rack (both racks and mouniting hardware) I was worried that for the price they were going to send me just one "rack". Was easier to install than the original. Best price I could find on this rack.

It holds up to 6 ski pairs of all varieties - alpine, classic XC, back country, etc. It was also easy to attach to my OEM car rack, just 4 bolts per rack and very quick becasue I happened to have a screwdriver bit that fit the bolt head.

I am concerned with the durability of the mounts as they are riveted to the rack. The rack is easy to load and latch. With wide skis it would be difficult to get 6 pairs on.

Large button that can easily be operated with bulky ski gloves. Deep rubber padding that can accommodate thick mounting plates and skies that are stacked bottom to bottom. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it could be a tad wider to accommodate several snow boards. It is a great rack though and the price was a good deal. I am very pleased.
