    I agree with the last reviewer, this is in no way a Size 7 hat! It isn't even close to fitting on my head. I tried to measure the inner circumference and it seems like it is an inch smaller than it should be. Also disappointed. Too bad, looks like a quality hat.

    It is a great hat. I got the size 8 - I have a big-sized head. It is bit large, but I like it that way; don't like my head being squeezed by a hat.I would have preferred a the dark tan, but for the price of[$] for a Tilley, I can live with the light tan color. Thanks, STP! Get some of those women-specific Tilleys- I will be in line to buy.

    Love this hat. I have a big head, and the size 8 is a little big on me, but it's a super hat, and the chip strap helps keep it in place. I bought it mainly to keep the sun off my face when fishing on the beach, and it handles this task easily. Not the most stylish hat in the world, but a very well built lid, that does the job

    In NC the sun is brutal in the spring summer and fall. I use the hat for work. It does a great job of shading my head and eyes on the brightest days. I have a co-worker who likes to call it "the finest hat that he has ever seen". I call it the best hat a man could own". If you need sun and glare protetcion, buy this hat. It works and its on sale!
