    Just spent 6 weeks tramping through Thailand and Cambodia with these sandals. Overall they've proven very durable and held up well in wet weather. They even drew compliments from an admiring Cambodian who wondered where he could buy them. I liked them so much I ordered a 2nd pair.

    As a retiree, I wear sandals almost constantly. My old Tevas finally disintegrated. These Timberland sandals aren't really bad but the arch is a bit too high for me, so I "notice" these sandals often during the day. Birks would cost twice as much, but I'd think about 'em seriously if I it had to do over again.
