5.0 out of 5 stars. Cute shoes

These did not run small as some other reviewers said. I usually wear a 10.5, so based on the other reviews I felt comfortable ordering size 11. They are too long. If anything they run a bit narrow, but not too tight for my medium width foot. I kept them and put an extra insole and a heel "anti-slip" pad in . to take up a little room. The blue color goes great with jeans.

Cute style, fairly comfortable, but the toe box wasn't high enough for me. The red is a fun color and the style is very nice. Unfortunately, not good for me.
  • 3.0 out of 5 stars. beautiful color but run small and narrow

I wear size 7 consistently and these shows run about a half size smaller. My feet are a bit wide and I rarely buy wide, but did so after reading the reviews here. Surprisingly the shoes are still narrow and tight. I cannot wear them without thin socks because they're so uncomfortable and rub against my skin. I'd probably get a blister on my heels if I didn't wear them with socks.
That said, the suede is soft and a beautiful coral red tone. The sole seems to be good quality as well. I'm hoping that they stretch a bit as I break them in. I hate returning things grrr!
  • 3.0 out of 5 stars. Cute....not completely in love

First, these run small. I ordered a 9.5 and had to exchange them for a 10.

I kept the size 10, because they are cute, but I hope I can get the kinks worked out. I have to wear band aids on the back of my right heel due to the show rubbing a sore into it. And across the front of my foot, it runs a bit narrow and rubs against the big toe bone at the top of my foot.

The sole is tapered a bit...so the surface area of the bottom of the shoe is a little narrower than your foot.

The footbed itself is comfy enough.

Hope I can get these broken in a bit better. I had already done two exchanges so I just kept them....but they would probably be more comfy for a slightly narrower foot.

I got these in brown and they are true-to-size. I'm sure they will become a well-worn staple. They replaced suede Sanuk loafers I've had forever and although I loved those shoes, they don't seem to make them any more and these are upscaled as well with a slight heel, really nice rubbery soles and other details. They're a versatile shoe that look good with any style of jeans.

About Timberland

The Timberland footwear brand was officially launched in 1973, more than two decades after founder Nathan Swartz bought an interest in an established shoe company. Eight years earlier, the Swartz family had introduced injection-molding technology to the footwear industry. Today, this revolutionary manufacturing process is still being used to fuse the soles and uppers of Timberland boots without stitching, a process that allows for truly waterproof boots. Over the years, Timberland shoes and boots have continued to advance, incorporating modern features like Active Comfort Technology to provide a balance of cushioning, support and climate control. In 2008, Timberland also became the first footwear company to commercialize the use of rubber from recycled tires.
