    I intended to use this to carry my stuff between my workplace (college) and home. However, it has zero padding inside the bag. Even though the material looks sturdy, it would not work to carry a laptop or ipad with you in it, unless that item were already in a padded bag before putting it in this one. I returned it for something with more padding in it. However, if you're looking for a basic messenger bag in a very stylish shell, this would be the one for you.
