A little smaller than I originally wanted, but I didn't want one as big as the medium size (same size as the messenger bag I already had; got new bag because I hate the flap on the messenger). I love having both the side handles and the shoulder strap. Made well with lots of compartments.

    I use this bag as my carry-all for my pet sitting service business. I can fit just about everything I need- papers, pens, water bottle, band-aids, etc. I like the variety and placement of pockets. It's a really well thought out design. I also like the fact that the entire thing zips up so you know you'll never lose anything. It appears to be a very sturdy and functional bag- exactly what I wanted.
