    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I own several Timbuk-2 bags and love them. This one is imported and very low quality. The waterproof liner in this cargo tote is rigid plastic-type fabric and internal seams will tear this material once used. I suggest finding Timbuk-2 products that are still made in USA if possible.
