Timbuk2 Barnsbury Messenger Bag - Medium, Single Panel, Limited Edition

bought as large capacity diaper bag. it's waterproof-like lining on the inside is a plus. not as many little pockets as in diaper bags, but way more room for what we need.

I have a small Timbuk2 bag that I love, but I really needed a little bit larger bag. I love the look and quality of Timbuk2 so went for the medium. This holds my laptop, lunch and every day necessities. I am a small-ish person and was afraid it would be too big and heavy with all my gear and be hard to carry but that hasn't been a problem. This bag has a black lining which makes it a little harder to find stuff, which is a minor complaint but why it merits only a four star rating from me. I love the leaf print, it makes this bag more unique.

My daughter actually ordered this and absolutely loves it. She wanted it for a trip (flying) coming up soon but is using it all the time for everything. It is nice quality and has inside pockets etc. to help organize. Would be good for so many uses.

I use this to commute to work and for trips around town. I am short (5') and this meets the challenge of being big enough to carry gear and purchases but still stable across my back. The adjustable shoulder strap and cross body strap work perfectly to keep the bag stable, even when you have to maneuver or stop suddenly.

Great bag for travel and the gym, but I returned it as it was too big for daily use and too big to carry a laptop since it does not have an internal computer sleeve. The fabric is beautiful and feminine. The quality of the bag lives up to Timbuk 2's reputation - solid.
