Timbuk2 Classic Messenger Bag - XL

I am a graduate student who has been looking for just the right bag for a long time. I have went through numerous backpacks, and finally gave up. I decided to try a messenger bag and I read about the Timbuk2 bags. I wanted something that could carry ALL of my stuff for the whole day: 10 textbooks, giant notebook, lunch, dinner, gym clothes and fresh clothes for after the gym, laptop, and all my pens. I have room to spare with this bag. It is really unbelievable how big it is and how strong this thing is. It really feels bulletproof. The only thing I don't like about it is the cam lock on the shoulder strap. I saw these same bags online starting around 100 bucks and going up. This is an exceptional bag at an exceptional value.

This is a very nice bag for the price. I have used a medium Timbuk2 bag for years and it has held up well.

This is a wonderful bag to purchase for traveling on airlines today. What I can't get in my carry-on bag everything else goes in here. I use this most days. I have 3 Timbuk2 bags in various sizes but this XL is by far the best. Purchase smaller bags to put in this if you need to find something in a hurry becuase of the large capacity of the bag.

This is a great bag for everyday use if you are looking for a bag that hold EVERYTHING! It has lots of compartments but it is a very large bag! It can hold a lot of items -- lap top, clothes, books, and really anything else -- I even put blanket in it the last time I went on an airplane. It is amazing how much you can fit in this bag and the shoulder strap is very easily adjustable so it is very easy to carry or easy to hook on your luggage and what a great price! Keep in mind the description is correct it is an XL bag so it big! If you are looking for an average size messenger do not get this one!

I gave this XL messenger bag to my Fiance for Xmas. He really loved the color, size and potential of this bag. It currently has carried our huge amounts of laundry around the city, books from the library, and ice hockey skates and pads. Very versatile and large, a good sports bag.

I've been carrying Timbuk2 bags for years. The medium and small bags work great for daily use. I use the medium to carry my laptop regularly and have wanted the extra large bag for a while. This bag works well for my trips to the gym and as a personal bag on flights and train trips.
