Timbuk2 Coder Laptop Bag - Hemp, Small

I was eager to find a laptop bag made from planet-friendly materials for my 13" unibody macbook pro. As described by others, this is a perfect fit for this computer. The pockets hold a few pens, a wireless apple Magic Mouse, business cards, and with room for several pages of full size (8.5x11) paper. There are larger bags of more capacity - but you can feel the size and weight all the time. For commuting with a 13" apple laptop (and with little else), this is perfect.

I use this bag when going to work. You could also put a small laptop in it, but it works for a breifcase/purse for me. I like it.

The bag exceeded my expectations, and I LOVE that it's made out of recycled/sustainable materials!

I love Timbuktu products, and my husband has the messenger bag, which I was kind hoping to replicate. This is truly just a laptop bag, fits the laptop and really nothing else, barely even the power cord. Maybe a few business cards? Would be helpful if the pockets had a bit more expandability, and there was a roomier place to store the cord and any supplemental computer needs. Can't imagine I could fit a mouse in there.

The case would have been fine for light protection for my small, 13" Dell laptop but it was slightly too small and I couldn't get it zipped. I opted for the larger medium Timbuk2 case with more pockets and this works fine.

The bag fit my smallish laptop perfectly without any bulk, very stylish and durable, and easy to carry either by the carry handles or the adjustable shoulder strap.
