    I took it through Denver airport security for the first time today and it was awesome. Just zipped open the laptop compartment and laid it flat. When done I just zipped it back up and took off. I use this for bike commuting with my laptop when not travelling and it is great. It did not come with a cross-strap, but I just used a an old belt made out of webbing with a plastic clasp when I ride. Plenty of room for my laptop, a binder, some files and my dress shoes. I only wish it had an outside pocket for a water bottle.
