I already have a larger size of this laptop case and use it daily. Being of short stature and short arm length, I am delighted by the balance of this case when used as a shoulder bag. It is the most comfortable, lightweight case I've seen. Very durable, I have 2 unique colors so it doesn't get mixed up with anyone else's at work. The slimness of the bag also helps me use it just for my computer and not as a carry all for tons of other papers, notebooks, etc.

I own many Timbuk2 products and the laptop sleeve is the same high quality as the other products that I own.

Timbuk2 makes a great quality product. This is a great laptop bag for a small laptop. I have Dell XPS M1210 12" and a Dell XPS M1330 13" laptops. Both fit well in the case. If you add the power adapter the side bulges, but it is possible to put it in the bag. I commute by bus and would like a zippered pocket on the back or a flat pocket inside for papers or DVDs. I am happy I bought this bag it is working quite well. The blue color is more of a steel blue than the vibrant turquoise blue that appears online.
