    Pros:
    High Quality
    Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
bought to replace a stolen classic bag. This is wider and shallower. Don't know if it will fit under an airline seat but it seems a bit big for that. I carry bike stuff to and from rides and this bag is shaped wrong for bulky items. Good for legal papers and that sort of thing. Bad for helmets and shoes and anything not flat. Also it doesn't fit on the back as well as the classic bag due to its size.

I use mostly for work commute on transit. It's quite a bit bigger than my longtime travel briefcase, but I've already used it to carry groceries on my way home from work, which is better than lugging plastic grocery bags on the bus. The best part of the bag is the easy access to outer pockets as that is how my other bag was designed, and most Timbuk2 bags don't have good exterior access. I don't understand why Tbuk2 discontinued this bag, or at least they should create another bag with similar outer pockets. I also wish it had the newer memory-strap found on newer bags. I have a feeling the strap on this bag might not withstand the daily commute for the long term. I'm already looking to see if I can find a replacement before that happens. All-in-all a great bag!

The bag is great and has an array of fantastic features but even this 'medium' sized bag was enourmous and too big for my back unfortunately.

This is an awesome bag. I use it as a briefcase. It's rugged with lots of compartments. It's pretty big, which is what I wanted. But I'll bet most people don't want something this big.

This is my second Timbuk2 bag. I loved my first one but my new computer is too big to fit in it so I needed an upgrade. This is a great bag- I don't understand why they closed out this model. My last bag was a close out as well and I would have bought the same style again in a heartbeat, but they don't make it any more :-(

This bag has some great features, lots of zippers, and the laptop compartment is secure and well padded. I would have kept it except that it is very large. I use my bag as an attache bag for business travel and didn't want to lug that thing into client's offices.

Extremely high quality, and very well made-- this bag is a medium, but it's very large! Almost awkwardly large. Plenty of room, very stylish and a great product overall.

Love the bag. Working on my graduate degree, and take trips to campus where I have long days with little time to return to my dorm room between lectures. Great for carrying folders, books, etc. Plus, lots of room for sweaters/hoodies, as I get cold indoors, but hot outdoors. Will use it as carry-on bag on overseas trips. The list could go on and on for all the uses of this bag. it looks great, has lots of pockets and room. The one thing that made me consider trading it for a different bag is the size. It's huge, even for a medium.
