Great endurance pedal

Pedal action is quite similar to Crank Bros but with more positive retention and a more consistent release. Cons, cleat must be nosed in, no rolling the cleat in, they are a bit heavy and usually too expensive. Great seals and consistent reliability and ease of entry and exit makes this my preferred endurance pedal.
