I bought it on sale through STP and it was well worth the price! It will be comfortable and cute on the hottest summer days. It is all cotton and will definitely need ironing tho - not my forte!
I'm 5'4" and the small comes to just above my knees and rests at my natural waist - a bit higher than other skirts, but very cute. -
