It does bunch up at the ankle and some at the crotch area. I'm keeping for home loungers. Would not wear out without a top layer that would cover the bunching at the crotch. I is worse than in the photo. Comfortable for the price. I am 5'4 and 167lbs. I ordered the large, my usual size.
