Bought this to take traveling - will fit into a large suitcase, but not conveniently, so not really practical to pack it for air travel. Also the over-the-shoulder strap isn't as convenient as is the cane-type handle on similar products. Would return but the cost was about the same as the return shipping so will keep it.

This is a nice lightweight stool, under 2 lbs, with a sturdy build. Remember a stool with three legs is not as steady as, with four. When your friends are belaying and climbing a one pitch craig its nice to have a place to sit that is not in the line of rockfall. It would be even better if made of light weight carbon fiber but then it would be too expensive.
