“Too small, phooey!”

“I just got this and am terribly disappointed that it's too small. I sometimes wear 12 and sometimes 14, and I bought a 12. I tried it on and it initially felt fine, but then it pulled when I stretched my arms forward. It's gorgeous! Soft, warm (for a lightweight jacket - spring or fall, or in a cold house), and the fabric and lining are exquisite. The bottom is slightly shaped, which I think is quite flattering.”
