Besides fitting too tight it is white silk.I feel it will soil too easily and be at the cleaners constantly

This jacket feels like butter on. Very elegant and pampered feeling. I got it in black - and even in New Hampshire it will be suitably posh without looking presumptiously silky.

This is the 3rd item I have tried from Sierra. All three have not run true to size and been too tight. I normally wear a 14 and all three were either XL or 14 and still too small.

I just got this and am terribly disappointed that it's too small. I sometimes wear 12 and sometimes 14, and I bought a 12. I tried it on and it initially felt fine, but then it pulled when I stretched my arms forward. It's gorgeous! Soft, warm (for a lightweight jacket - spring or fall, or in a cold house), and the fabric and lining are exquisite. The bottom is slightly shaped, which I think is quite flattering.

I ordered a size 12.....which is one size larger than I normally wear. I wanted a roomy enough jacket that didnt strangle me. No such luck with this one. Cannot wear much other than a camisole under it, it is so tight. It is a pretty and soft jacket though. Be careful when ordering. Unfortunately, didnt have a 14 for me to exchange.

Beautiful cut is flattering, but I found the sleeves a bit tight and it is too puffy (bulky) for an indoor jacket as part of an ensemble. This would be perfect as a chic outer garment for cool weather travel when a good look is required. Overall, I'd say its use is a bit limited.

This jacket is great with dark pants and a white top; it is dressy enough to wear to a concert and it packs well for business trips. This will solve the problem of being too chilly in conference rooms.

This jacket is more sporty than dressy. It pairs well with pants. I would have bought all of the colors if my size was left! The lining is very nice. The sleeves are "fitted" so it is best worn with a shirt or thinner sweater.

Beautiful and well made, with sleeves longer than usual so ideal for a tall woman - I'm a size 10-12 Tall and the L fits me nicely. The red jacket is a blue-red tone, not good with my coloring so I reluctantly returned it, but I'll be wearing the black one with everything from jeans to dressy pants and its going to be perfect for travel. If it weren't for the need to dry-clean, I'd buy one in the white color too. Fantastic value at the current sale price.

I love it! Even better, my husband thinks it "sits" well on me and is beautiful, too.
