    I returned this -- found both the 6 and 8 to be too large for me. I usually take a medium. Also, as someone observed in another set of reviews, a button on the back immediately fell off as soon as I took it out of the package.

    I wanted a vest that didn't look cheap, was tailored and hit high hip. This is it! I wear a 8-10, ordered a 8 and it is still a little loose but I like it sooo much, I won't return it. This will be a great addition to dress up jeans. It is lined so taking it in may be too involved but can be worn as is, order down 1, maybe 2 sizes.
