    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    The skorts I am used to look like a short skirt on the front, and shorts on the back...all in the same fabric. These look like a regular short skirt, with hidden white underwear shorts underneath it. ??? Reminds me of men's running shorts with the underwear lining underneath. I didn't catch in the description that the "shorts" part were only 4" long. I found the shorts underlining uncomfortable, and would have rather purchased a short skirt. The main fabric is slightly shiny...with invisible side zipper. Didn't like the "shorts" undergarment at all..these unfortunately are going back....
