Trilogi Ballerina Coat - Wool-Rich, Double-Breasted (For Women)

I originally ordered this jacket in a Medium, I am 5'5", 130lb, usually wear a size 6. But, the shoulder/chest area ended up being too large for me, even with a sweater underneath, so I switched to a small. I think this jacket may work better for petite figures, as it flares out at the back and around the sides. It has a fun swing to it. The color is beautiful - very vibrant and not a color I have seen often in winter coats. The buttons are nice and big as well; it will be easy to button up with gloves on.

Pretty color. Closure adds warmth. Doesn't feel too heavy.

Seems like a nice wool fabric, but shoulders and collar are very tight. Boxier fit than expected.

As a tall women, true size 12, this coat's shoulders were too small. The body of the coat fell short yet was too wide. Pretty coat had to be returned.

Have not had the opportunity to wear it yet. Like how it looks, hope that it is warm enough! Anticipate it being appropriate for all occasions.

Coat color is a little closer to navy than the picture suggests, but pretty nonetheless. I agree with prior reviewer that the tacked-down pleats in back flatter only those with no posterior. My medium coat seems a little narrow in the shoulders: I'll probably wear it with the top button open. Buttons were a little misaligned, but that's easy to fix. Overall: a good coat for the price, probably best for thinner figures.

Looks like a pea coat from the front, but the back is pleated. I bought it for my daughter, who is tall and slim, and it fits perfectly (for those of you with short arms, this will seem long).
