Reviewed by Rustic Laurie from Minnesota on Monday, April 22, 2013This is an exceptionally nice slotted wooden spoon.It is almost weightless , yet sturdy. Must be the bamboo wood. I love the thicker handle , it makes for a comfortable grip while stirring and washes up by hand nicely. I compared it to a wooden spoon from a big box store (dare I say I have had for 15-20 years?). There is no comparison.These are durable and with little care should last me just as long, if not longer. Because it is natural and unstained I sealed the spoon with organic coconut oil, just rubbed it in. (I saw that tip on the internet) I have ordered another spoon already.You cannot go wrong with the price. I love how it is a naturally renewable resource for our planet. Thanks Sierra Trading Post!
