    This is not a piece that should be cut close-fitting! A sweatshirt vest with nice thick furry lining? A real miss. Looks ridiculous zipped, like a sausage. The pockets are also placed very close to the front, and look ridiculous (in this size anyway). The placement wasn't adjusted to this size or something. I'm a pretty true size 16, and this XL is a 14, not a 16. I have some True Grit tops in XL and they are very generously cut. Too bad, I've been looking for something like this forEVER. Don't get this XL unless you are a 14 at most.

    I love everything about this vest. I would say it does run small but most everything does. I am 5'3'', 140 lbs. I ordered an xl so I could layer with it and it workes perfectly.

    As you might guess, though this vest is too thick for layering, it is warm and has a full faux-fur lining. The collar is also lined in faux-fur. As such, the weight of the vest is a little hefty, though I don't find it uncomfortable when wearing it. The red color is a little washed out, which I like ~~ makes the whole vest look somewhat "broken in" and comfortable.

    I was pleasantly surprised when I received this vest. Besides the color being fabulous, it will be a boost to the spirit in the middle of winter to be able to layer in style. The clearance price was great.
