You will need to get either a tank top or some type of camisole to wear underneath. Luckily I have one in a natural color that will match the shirt already. If I hadn't I'd probably have been annoyed that I had to buy an additional piece of clothing to be able to wear this. The nice thing is that depending on what you put underneath, you could wear this with jeans or for an evening out.
