The sleeves are just a bit tight for my liking (I'm 6', 200 lbs.) and the roll-up tabs, which I will never use, are bulky. I will probably have mine removed. I bought the Large, and it's a great fit. Normally sleeves are a little short in a Large, but not with True Grit.
