    this particular color is more of an ultraviolet light than ordinary little flashlight, therefore the light is rather dim, but it does recharge glow-in-the-dark objects and lights up whites and biologicals

    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    I haven't used this light yet, but i like the adjust-ability of the beam arm. It is a single LED, so don't expect this to do miracles for your vision at night. I would use this working under my car, hiking at night where i don't need a bright light, or as a reading light. Just some thoughts, i hope i don't have any of the problems discussed by others.

    this is a fairly lightweight light that I plan to use in emergencies on the trail in case my head lamp breaks, it is very bright for the size and the clip is good, will attach to almost anything and adjustable neck makes it even better!

    Was thrilled the first 3 days with this light. On 4th day the switch became stuck on and would not turn off. On a positive note the battery lasted 4 days before running out of juice.. The red light allows me to check on my patients at night WITHOUT waking them.

    Yes, all 4 of the lights I received had dead/dying batteries but after replacing them with fresh batteries, I found these little lights to be bright and useful. The bendable 6" gooseneck is what makes this light exceptional.
