    I bought these snow shoes solely on the review posted by the woman from Idaho. These do seem to be high quality with all the features one would need to get around. However, I didn't buy these to hit the trails. All I wanted was something I could wear when the snow is deep and I need to get out to the satellite dish to brush the snow off. My needs are simple. Even if I do sink in the snow, I hope these snow shoes will keep me from sinking too far.

    I have taken these snowshoes out several times in all kinds of snow conditions, and they are great! I especially love the bindings, they stay tight and don't have to readjust. The traction is awesome and have never slipped or tripped. Everytime I go out I tell my husband how much I love these snowshoes! The only bad thing I can even come up with is that snow builds up under the heel of your boot, but that's not too hard to knock free with you pole. I carry a kid on my back in a pack that weighs 40 pounds and these snowshoes keep us both up nicely. They don't kick snow up on your back like some snowshoes either. Bottom line, I love these snowshoes!
