    Pay's to wait until off season. These were almost a steal compared to the entry level snow shoes I saw in stores during end of season clearance. Looking forward to using this winter, a good mid level snowshoe at a basic entry price

    9 inches of snow just thought i would give them a go. I tried them with my vasque boots as well as snow boarding boots and they worked well... but the one thing i did notice was the place for your heel was very narrow and when snow got packed under there and melted it would make your foot roll a little to one side.... it was not as noticeble with the snowboard boots because they had a wide heel unlike my backpacking boots
