I had to go through a few shoes to realize that the weight limit/size of shoe recommendations are accurate (guess I was in denial about my weight !). After I got used to the length of these, I really enjoyed these. They are American-made (small company in VT). Clearly better quality control. Quality of materials much better than other shoes in this price range. Binding are the best I've seen for under $200. Excellent traction. Impressive!

A little difficult to adjust at first, once we figured it out it's easy. Bindings secure, no loosening, great in the powder, good uphill & downhill, didn't sink in snow too much. Seem to be very well made, and I like that they came with a storage bag. Can't wait to use them again!
