Tsubo, which means pressure point in Japanese, is a progressive, design-driven company founded by Patrick McNulty and British designer Nick O'Rourke in 1997. O'Rourke, who spent seven years designing for Reebok, carved a niche for Tsubo that fused urban style with unique ergonomic design. Some of the firm's most inventive features include flexible, supportive construction and Tsubo custom shock-absorbing bubbles. Ten years from its inception, Tsubo is now recognized as a footwear trendsetter and is sold in markets worldwide.
