“the shorts were missed placed into the wrong labled bag. In the end, there were no shorts in my size. It was a bad mess-up and I am still trying to sort out the returned money--a letter went off today. I also need to say on Sierra's behalf--I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE AND I'VE BEEN A HEAVY DUTY SHOPPER FOR YEARS. I LIKE SIERRA TRADING POST AND I WILL REMAIN A CUSTOMER.”
