    I took the advise and ordered a large for my 38 inch bust and it fits great. There is gaping in the front buttons but some double sided tape solves that problem. The shirt is generous in the torso area, it could be taken in on the sides.

    Shopper beware- the sizing [...] on this shirt is very confusing. The shirt I have now is a large, says so on the label, and fits me well. HOWEVER, Sierra added in their catalog that a large is an 8-10. No way that I wear a 10, so the first time I ordered it in extra large, listed as 12-14. It was swimming on me and I had to send it back, and get the large. The large is at least a 12 as it should be. Why these untrue numerical sizes are added to confuse things who can guess?
