“My children love these and can go almost anywhere in powder or crust; however, it is a bit difficult to get on and tighten the toe strap. Short size made it easy for them to learn to use, are great value for starting out. Also, be sure to wear snow gear with gators since the short size flips snow up the back of kids' pants. On steep hills, need more traction but lack of crampons is great for starting out.”
