Tweed Stretch Dress Shorts (For Women)

2nds. When paired with well-chosen career separates, dress shorts make great summer gear for the working woman, and extend right into fall with tights and tall boots.

Had to return because they were small although I ordered medium. Seemed well made with good fabric.

Look cute but runs small and it's itchy material. FYI...these are The Limited.

Similar material to the stretch twill ones, just a tweedy-looking take on it. Lightweight and not at all "tweedy" feeling. One comment said they felt cheap, but it's mostly a reaction to the cloth's being much lighter weight than one would expect -- just fine for TX, though. The idea of "dress" shorts is a little odd, but they are OK shorts

I typically wear a 12-14 in shorts. I decided to be cautious and ordered the 14. They were way too small!!! I was so disappointed. The fabric was nice, appeared well made, but the cut was NOT a 14. The legs seemed a little narrow, like a slim fit, not what would be flattering to a size 12/14.

These shorts looked very nice, well-made, and sophisticated. However, the size 4 shorts that I ordered were wayy too big. As a former size 12, they seemed like they were much closer to that size. There could have been a manufacturing error somewhere along the line where they were mislabeled. Other than that, I would've loved to keep them!

I never learn. I keep hoping the "specially made" products will be great for the price but sadly they are not. These shorts are from the Limited. The fabric is a cheap polyester with no stretch. The sizing is extremely small. I ordered an 8 but I don't think I would squeeze into a 12/14. They seem more like a junior's cut. If you are young, thin, and don't mind a super low rise, then these may work for you.
