Twisted X Boots Horseman Cowboy Boots - Square Toe (For Women)

I wear these for riding. I have a small, slightly wide foot (sometimes wear C-width) with very high arches, and have tried a dozen pair of boots before trying these Twisted X crepes. They were a little hard to get on at first (I can't get my foot in Ariats at all), but felt even better than my favorite Justins once on. Good arch support, very comfortable boots. Colors are not quite accurate online. Rust is a little more orange than brown, and green is more vibrant, less drab in person. The color already has mellowed after washing my horse in them. Great boots! I was expecting cheaper build quality, but happily surprised.

The boots are very well made and sturdy. The square toe offers a very roomy toe box which seems to make the boots run very large; a half size or more causing the boot to slip significantly.

not good, returned....my size 6 foot looked & felt like a size 9. The shaft is beautiful & in the on-line picture the boot looks awesome & when I got them they looked good but huge! They also looked clumsy & clunky & when I tried them on thats the way they felt. The toe, too square & I think I could have balanced a cup of coffee on the outside sole.....sent them back!

wouldn't try this square toed boot again: too square, outside sole too wide, normal size is way too big, felt clownish, clumsy & clunky. BUT the boot was good looking & seemed to be well made..just not for me.

i wear a 9 in shoes, 8.5 or 9 in boots. The 7.5 will quickly stretch out and be the perfect fit! Run way large!! BUT, once you figure that out, they're beautiful and comfortable. Black is not sturdy enough leather for riding, I don't think, but look great.
