“I've bought and returned 5 pairs of cowgirl boot from a western boots store. Never thought I will ever find a boots that works. After reading all the positive and negative reviews I decided to go half size down. Fit so snug at the instep. I am flat footed, no arch, so if you have arch then you should not buy this brand. It has no room for arch. A little loose at the heel but instep hold it into place. Great shoes except some scratches.”
